A lesson covering many aspects of UK law which protect and interfere with Article 11. Includes a reading on the new Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act and links to tasks for Public Order Act 2023.

This is a booklet containing the 5 Articles covered in the OCR spec. It also includes Article 1 for notes surrounding the obligations placed on the state. It is free To be used to facilitate note-taking at A-Level, with cases, statutes etc to be annotated around the outside of the definitions.
